Does anyone have a converter for 3ds files that I can use?

I don't know much about it. Something that will allow me to import models into gamemaker. Give me some examples of types of files.

this will convert OBJ models to game maker models. press F1 for the controls.

Oh c'mon don't tell me you're actually going to use that. Have you ever taken a look at it's performance? It's a complete disaster! I'd advise to use this converter. It can save the *.OBJ files in the *.MPV format, which is GM's native format, so they load instantly.

Thanks! But. What is a rar file? How do I open it. I know it's on this forum somewhere, but it got lost in everything. Do I have to pay to download whatever opens it?

hahahha. here. download Winrar so u can read compressed files. after u get it installed. right click the compressed folder and click extract here. done. no more winrar questions.
