Maybe, Probably, I like the history type games and this is more of an other world type of engine. Once you get your bot in though I'll see what I can make!

* Update *

Phantom Engine is now version v0.07. There are some important changes/enhancements in this version. Check out the first post!

I've discontinued developing Phantom Engine. The time has come for me to make a game with the engine.

Sorry people the AI doesn't work yet. I've got some real trouble with the path finding. I'm currently working with my new project, so I'm not going to include a working AI. If you want one, learn how to write one yourself.

Don't count on it. I've been trying to make some pathfinding AI and the stupid thing just doesn't work, and I dunno why.

did you read up on the A* algorithm built into game maker?

mp_grid_path(....);

it uses a grid to find paths through things. you can specify what objects to avoid. im sure you could make it work. even though i haven't even tried doing it in 3d. lol

Awesome stuff, hope you will not let it die and continue to work on it. Also, if you looking for free 3D models stuff (or even sel your own), you should look at omething I found CGTrader 3D models .
